The workshop

What to expect

In this workshop you will experience your inner strength by applying the Wim Hof Method. The Wim Hof Method breathing prepares you for your ice bath. Martina (certified Wim Hof Instructor, L1) will personally coach you into your ice bath. Afterwards, we will warm up through physical exercise and mental visualization. The workshop closes with questions and recommendations for building healthy habits.

During the workshop you will also learn more about the science and theory of the Wim Hof Methods and its 3 pillars breath - ice - mind.
