The workshop

In this workshop you will experience your inner strength by applying the Wim Hof Method. The Wim Hof Method breathing prepares you for the ice bath. I (Wim Hof Instructor, L1) will personally coach you into your ice bath. Afterwards, we will warm up through physical exercise. The workshop closes with questions and recommendations for building healthy habits.

During the workshop you will learn about the science behind the Wim Hof Method and its 3 pillars breath - ice - mind.
